Terms of Service

Use of The Storehouse and its associated services binds you, the user, to all portions of this agreement. If you have questions regarding these terms, please contact support.

Account Terms

  • You must be 13 years of age or older.
  • Your account must be registered by a human and have a human contact.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all charges posted to your account.
  • In order to create projects, you must either have an active billing agreement with PayPal, a promo code that discounts all services, or enough credits to cover your current charges.


Your account may be terminated by The Storehouse for violating these terms. A violation is determined at the sole discretion of The Storehouse.

Upon account termination, all user data and project data stored by The Storehouse will be destroyed. This process cannot be undone once complete. Once terminated, your are responsible for all charges accumulated by the account before termination.

Service Changes

The Storehouse reserves the right to, at any time and with or without notice, modify or suspend the service.

Pricing increases are subject to 30 days written notice.

Intellectual Property

Any content uploaded to The Storehouse remains the property of the copyright holder. By using The Storehouse, you give The Storehouse a revocable privilege to distribute the content to parties authorized by the account holder or other authorized party. You also grant The Storehouse permission to house any uploaded data on The Storehouse's servers or associated equipment.

The Storehouse reserves the right to remove any content found to be in violation of United States copyright and Intellectual Property laws. Upon removal, notice will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

DMCA Counter Notifications

Per Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, you are able to dispute copyright claims made against your account. We will notify you of their opportunity to file a counter-notification when alerting you to a copyright claim.

A summary of this process provided by the United States Copyright Office:

If the subscriber serves a counter notification complying with statutory requirements, including a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled through mistake or misidentification, then unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the subscriber, the service provider must put the material back up within 10-14 business days after receiving the counter notification.

General Terms

  • While every provision is made to maintain a reliable service, you use The Storehouse at your own risk. The services of The Storehouse are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • The Storehouse reserves the right to remove any content found to be destructive or illegal in nature.
  • You expressly indemnify The Storehouse of any loss or damage, tangible or intangible, that may result from the loss, misuse, or other events that may occur to your content.


Your account will be billed monthly for services used during the previous month. Payments are automatically calculated and charged on the day closest to your account's creation date.

Payment is collected via PayPal. You must either authorize The Storehouse to automatically collect payment or maintain prepaid credits at all times.

Payments will only be made towards posted invoices. Once an invoice is posted, notice will be sent to the email associated with the account. All posted invoices are made available to you through the “Account Activity” page.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of The Storehouse.

Open Source Software

The Storehouse offers discounts for open source projects that meet certain criteria. These discounts are applied automatically to any project that qualifies. These criteria include:

  • The project's files must be public, meaning they can be read by any Storehouse user or guest.
  • The project must include an OSI Approved license that applies to all of the project's files or be released into public domain.
  • The project must follow accepted responsible disclosure processes in the case of security exploits or flaws.

Projects that meet these requirements will be determined at the sole discretion of The Storehouse. A complete listing of the discounts offered is available on The Storehouse's Open Source page, and are subject to change with 30 days written notice.


Any information collected by The Storehouse will be used according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy as we see needed. When we update this document, we'll notify every user of the changes. We will try to provide a draft document for your review prior to any new policies to being enacted.
