Why can't I refund credits?

Sometimes, you may get a message that your credits cannot be refunded. Credits you've purchased are always refundable, but there may be times where we're unable to process your refund right away.
Credits You've Purchased
All credits you've purchased will have the option to refund them. If you've just purchased the credits, you won't be able to refund them until the transaction is fully completed. When you receive a recept for your credits, you will then be able to refund them.
Sometimes, you may have credits in your account that you did not purchase. These credits are not refundable, since you didn't actually buy them. These credits will not have an option to refund them on the Credits page.
