Planned Outage: Sunday November 19 and 26

Our datacenter provider will be performing network upgrades Sunday November 19 from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM and again on November 26.  During these times, we will be offline for approximately four hours as they replace equipment.

These upgrades are being performed by our datacenter partner and will replace core networking equipment that helps links The Storehouse to the outside world.  We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but we're excited to be able to utilize better and faster equipment.  Our data center provider, Concergent IT, has been an excellent partner in the years we've been with them.

Note: Since this outage is planned an announced ahead of time, the downtime does not count towards our service level agreement, per our Terms of Service.  If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
